No, whilst pre-booking is advised last minute bookings are also welcome, in most cases we can be with you within the hour. Please bear in mind that during peak hours and Saturdays mornings it may take longer to reach you.
No, we only start charging from the time of booking or commencement of the move whichever is soonest, until completion of job. Our vans are all GPS tracked and linked via our despatching software.
We prefer cash on collection. However we also accept payment via debit card or via paypal. Our clients often find it easier to deal with financial matters over the phone with us instead of settling them with the driver directly.
We don’t charge VAT for consumers.
No, we only charge what we quote based on the information you have supplied.
No, actually we have a 1 hour Turbo Move rate but you can book this online only.
No. We have a minimum charge for the first two hours and then charge in 30 minute segments. So, you can keep the van as long as you like!
You can specify the exact size of van you want in the booking form or when you request a quote but the available sizes are the standard van size which is the Transit type van or the larger Luton vans with tail-lift. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further advice on van sizes required.
Yes, up to 2 people can travel in the van free of charge in our long wheeled based vehicles but the Luton vans come with 2 men. Hence only 1 seat is available. However, we don't allow anyone to travel in the rear of the van. If you are interested, please mention at the time of booking in the comments section. Please be aware that you travel at your own risk and the vehicles are not insured since they are not hire and reward.
Although our dispatch and call centre are located in East London, our fleet of vans are all over London and the Home Counties, so you should easily be able to find one near you.
We aim to always to be on time and almost always, we are! But some delays are outside of our control and if any such delays occur, we shall call to let you know in advance. We can also refund a part of a journey if the vehicle is more than 2 hours late.
